Travellers are likely to get infected with flus through journey, as it is avalable for virus to spread in closed passenger cabins of vehicles and hotel rooms. And you may get the virus left by the former user if he was ill. Do not touch your faces or eat anything until you wash your hands well. Second, Take a sanitary facial mask with you. You are advised to wear it when you stay in crowded public places, like vehicles, stations or shops. It may keep you away from some pandemics, for many flu virus get into human bodies through close contact with those who get ill. However, it cannot be seen as perfect flu shields. If you had any health problems on the journey, you’d better go to see a local doctor, for some medical treatment should not be delayed, like flus.
Last but not least, keep a good work and rest schedule. You’d better keep your own daily schedule on travels. Over-exhaust make your immunity system get worse, which are accessible to flu virus.
